Known Issues Awareness!® iOS

FOR MAXIMUM APPP PERFORMANCE we suggest that Auto-Pause is your default setting.

APRIL 2013  - We are still troubleshooting a hard to fix iOS6 bug related to ‘Ducking’ that causes a sticky meter needle and very slight pauses in the music when ducking happens. This only happens on a few device configurations, but unfortunately is system related and hard for us to address. We are trying to programme a work around.

TEMPORARY SOLUTION – Either ignore the relatively unobtrusive problem, or use Auto-Pause instead of Ducking

DECEMBER 2012 - We have deactivated Mic Boost due to audio changes in iOS6. As soon as there is a fix from Apple, we will reactivate it.

FIXED – In V2.9 – Due Early June 2013

 

Known Issues Awareness!® Android

NOTE our Android Apps run on Jelly Bean Only

DECEMBER 2012 – Three people have had Samsung S3 app crashes when trying to login to the app. This is because the phone needs to be connected to the internet to activate. Solution: connect to the internet first and retry. We will shortly issue a fix for this crash.
